Abi Tweed (Abi Tweed) gave an enlightening presentation on working with philanthropist. We explored what philanthropy is, how to get your organisation ready to work with a philanthropist, and finally, how to find a philanthropist that might be willing to work with your organisation.

Dr Leah Pybus – Purpose, Impact, and Making Your Data Work For you

Dr Leah Pybus from Trust Impact spoke about how our impact data can be gathered, and used, in a way that makes the data effective. Starting from our understanding of our organisation, through to ways in which we gather information, to how that information is then presented.

Jane Tweedie -WR Partners

Jane Tweedie – Charity Finance (Breakout Room)

Jane Tweedie from WR Partners joined us to talk about how finance for charities work, and took us through account submission and readiness. This complete workshop gave the foundations to enable a charity to be financial ready.

Shaun Darlington (FLVC/AVOW), ran a fascinating session on Good Governance of third sector organisations. He covered policies, charity commission guidelines, and gave space for attendees to ask questions.
