Mervyn Dean was Principal Auditor with Wrexham County Borough Council and a former Non-Executive Director of the RJAH Orthopaedic Hospital, Gobowen, where he was chair of the Audit Committee. He is also Vice Chair and Governor at Ysgol Rhiwabon and Chair of their Finance Committee. He was appointed as a Trustee in 2015.
