Charity organisations often feel out of their depth when implementing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) in their everyday operations, and WCVA wants to ensure that support is given to encourage others to do this well and make it meaningful in their day-to-day activities.
WCVA revisited their own EDI ethos and worked hard to better understand themselves and how their people feel, as well as the services they provide to their members. Now is the time to share their experiences with others, and encourage smaller organisations to embark on their own EDI journeys!
