Wrexham Gateway Referral Form
Please find attached a new Gateway referral form that has been amended to include some additional fields. As from the 1st April 2019 all referrals to the CAB for benefit, debt, employment and general advice will go through the Gateway. Please complete the form to refer to any services and the CAB and send it through to the housingoptionsgateway@wrexham.gov.uk.
