Take part in a questionnaire about challenges to patient and public involvement in UK adult surgical/surgery-related trials
Have you been involved in a surgical research trial?
Participants needed to share their experiences as part of a project to develop a PPI ‘intervention’ aimed at improving the success of surgical trials.
Patient or lay advisers, partners or representatives are required to take part in a questionnaire about experiences of some challenges to patient and public involvement (PPI) in UK adult surgical/surgery-related trials. The questionnaire should take 15-20 minutes to complete, and you’ll be offered a £10 high street shopping voucher as a thank you for your help.
This is the third stage of a project led by the University of Oxford, in collaboration with partners across the UK. They’re developing an evidence-based PPI programme to improve recruitment and/or reduce drop-out of participants in surgical trials.
