Older Carers Getting Together Funding Launch
New funding available for older carers 60+.
The Carers Trust Grants team is delighted to offer a new opportunity for Network Partners to access dedicated funding to support groups of older carers across the UK.
The deadline for submission of applications is: 10 am Monday 10 December 2018.
Older Carers Getting Together – up to £500
Through the generous support of NHS Property Services, Network Partners can apply for grants of up to £500 to support the costs associated with providing groups of older carers with structured, one off activities or series of activities that provide an opportunity to access a break from their caring role, a chance to relax and socialise or learn a new skill.
The main aim of the programme is deliver activities that reduce isolation and loneliness.
N.B. Network Partners can submit only one application to support work with older carers to this programme and funding cannot be spent on activities that have taken place prior to 27th December 2018.
