New Rules for Tendering
The new rules for tendering will have a much bigger impact on providers than previously thought. The changes will be particlulary significant for those who tender for contracts with annual values from as low as £87,000. These changes will be implemented for all tenders published on or after 26th February 2015.
TfC is preparing a Guide to the new Rules. If you would like to know when this is ready please send an email to email@example.com Please give your name; organisation; address; telephone number and email address. Please write “Guide to tendering rules” in the subject line.
