The Coalfields Regeneration Trust are pleased to offer a FREE property advice workshop delivered by the Ethical Property Foundation.
This workshop will be relevant to you if you are:
¨ Currently managing, or considering taking on the management/ownership of a community building;
¨ Thinking of becoming a Landlord;
¨ Looking for information on how to manage risk associated with your building;
¨ Looking to maximize income from your facility;
¨ Looking to identify and implement energy efficiency measures?
