EHRC Wales Annual Review 2014/15: Shaping the Future of Equality and Human Rights
We are pleased to share with you our EHRC Wales Review 2014/15 and work plan for the year ahead: Shaping the Future of Equality and Human Rights.
The review covers our work over the past year to take the equality and human rights agenda forward. Progress has been achieved because of strong partnerships with organisations and individuals of all kinds, so thank you for working with us.
During the debate, the Minister for Communities and Tackling Poverty Lesley Griffiths highlighted the current importance of equality and human rights, saying:
‘The Commission’s report provides a snapshot of the breadth and depth of the work they’ve undertaken over the last year. It demonstrates that equality and human rights, far from being a luxury, are essential to the financial and social prosperity of Wales.’
We look forward to working with you during the next year to shape a future that has equality and human rights at its heart.
