Citizens Advice Cymru: Can you help us protect tenants in the private rented sector?

– what information is important to know up-front before signing a new tenancy contract.
The Welsh Government will introduce the ‘Renting Homes Bill’ in Spring 2015 to reform tenancies in Wales.
Currently we are concerned that the proposed changes will give people living in the private rented sector less security in their tenancy contracts, potentially making them subject to more short-term lets and with less protection from eviction.
We are looking for your help and support to gather evidence to help shape the new legislation so that the safety and security for people renting in Wales is protected and enhanced.
