Grwpiau cymunedol lleol, elusennau, ysgolion, a busnesau fydd yn gyfrifol am addurno\u2019r beiciau. Nod y par\u00ead yw dod \u00e2\u2019r gymuned ynghyd, ar droed ac ar feic, i fwynhau\u2019r beiciau addurnedig gan wella eu lles a hyrwyddo cynaliadwyedd amgylcheddol a thrafnidiaeth gynaliadwy.
