Amser pryd yry ydym, fel sefydliad elusennol, yn ddathlu gwaith ein ymddiriedolwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Swydd bwrdd yr ymddiriedolwyr AVOW iw i rhoi help sefydliadol llywodraeth, ac i arolygu y gwaith strategol, ty fewn amcanion yr elusen. Mae&#8217;r ymddiriedolwyr yn rhoi cynnig professiunol i&#8217;r Prif Sywddog a Team Uwch Arweinyddiath. Mae ei gwaith caled yn gwneud yn swir fod y gall AVOW tufy i fewn i&#8217;r dyfodol.<\/p>\n<p>Yn ystod Wythnos Yr Ymddiriedolwyr yr ydym yn edcruch i ddathlu ei gwaith, ac i helpu pobol ddeall pa mor pwysig yw&#8217;r rol yma. I ddeall y swydd yn well, yr ydym wedi cyfweli ac ymddiriedolwyr AVOW, a rhoi efoi&#8217;i gilydd fideo bach o&#8217;i atebion.<\/p>\n<p>Dyma Cadeirydd ein Bwrdd Ymddiriedolwyr, yn son am ei waith efo AVOW, fel rhan o&#8217;i ymddiriedolwyr<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6 liquid-column-6a28de9851616\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\" ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"  >\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>It is trustees week. A time when we, as a charitable organisation celebrate the work of our Trustees.<\/p>\n<p>The role of AVOW&#8217;s Board of Trustees is to provide organisational governance and to oversee the strategic direction, in line with its constitution and charitable objectives. The Trustees provide professional guidance to the Chief Officer and Senior Leadership team. Their hard work ensures that AVOW is able to flourish and grow.<\/p>\n<p>During Trustees week, we look to celebrate their work, and to help people understand this vital and important role.
