Yn ogystal, darperir gwasanaeth i bobl sy'n derbyn Taliadau Uniongyrchol a Cyllidebau Unigol. Gallwn hefyd ddarparu gwasanaeth cyflogres i fusnesau'r sector preifat.<\/p>\n<p>Rhedir y gwasanaeth gan staff cymwysedig gan y Gymdeithas Technegwyr Ariannol (AAT).<\/p>\n<p>Mae'r gwasanaeth yn cynnwys y nodweddion canlynol:<\/p>\n<p><strong> Casgliad o ffurflenni safonol<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ffurflen wybodaeth cwmni<\/li>\n<li>Amserlen<\/li>\n<li>Ffurflen dechreuwyr newydd<\/li>\n<li>Ffurflen diwedd cyflogaeth<\/li>\n<li>Ffurflen amrywio cyflog<\/li>\n<li>Ffurflen oriau i'w talu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>2. <\/strong><strong>Amserlen strwythuredig<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mae hyn yn rhoi dyddiadau ar gyfer dychwelyd pob ffurflen ar gyfer eich dyddiad talu dewisol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. System ddiogel <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rydym yn cynnig system ddiogel wedi'i lleoli yn y cwmni i storio dogfennau AD ein gweithwyr a recordio eu gweinyddiaethau a'u gwyliau. Mae hefyd yn galluogi gweithwyr a chyflogwyr i gael mynediad at slips cyflog ac adroddiadau. (Mae ffi ychwanegol i'w thalu am nodwedd y cwmni).<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Dewis o ddulliau i dalu eich staff <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gellir anfon yr holl fanylion atoch fel y gallwch dalu'r swm cywir i bob aelod o staff.<\/p>\n<p>Neu gallwch dalu'r cyfanswm i gyfan, a fydd yn cael ei gredydu i gyfrif AVOW, ac yna gallwch dalu eich staff drwy system BACS yn syth i'w cyfrif banc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5. Gwasanaethau Eraill <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gellir anfon slips cyflog drwy e-bost ac argraffu i'r holl staff, fodd bynnag, mae ffi ychwanegol fach os oes angen postio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. <\/strong><strong>HMRC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bydd taliadau Treth Incwm a Chynilion Cenedlaethol yn cael eu deddfu o aelodau eich staff yn unol \u00e2'u dogfennau presennol. Byddwn yn rhoi gwybod i chi am unrhyw ddyledion sydd ar wahaen, ynghyd \u00e2 manylion pryd y mae angen eu talu. Anfonir yr holl wybodaeth cyflogres drwy wybodaeth fyrreal amser (RTI) i HMRC bob cyfnod talu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7. <\/strong><strong>Diwedd Blwyddyn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Byddwn yn anfon y cyflwyniadau diwedd blwyddyn angenrheidiol i CThEM bob blwyddyn.
