Mae'n cynnig cyfle i weithwyr proffesiynol yn y trydydd sector a'r sector statudol ar draws y sir o gyfarfod wyneb yn wyneb. Brif nod y rhwydwaith yw rhannu diweddariadau ar brosiectau a newyddion o sefydliadau gwahanol ac hybu cysylltiadau rhwng cyfoedion. Ysgogi, ysbrydoli, cynnwys, a meithrin ymddiriedaeth rhwng sefydliadau'r trydydd sector.<br \/>\n3. Rhannu gwybodaeth a syniadau ar arferion da gydag eraill sefydliadau'r trydydd sector.<br \/>\n4. Dylanwadu ar ddatblygiad gweithgareddau ac adnoddau iechyd, gofal cymdeithasol, a lles yn Gogledd-ddwyrain Cymru.<br \/>\n5.
