Location: The location is Plas Madoc with occasional travel to other areas.

The Association of Voluntary Organisations in Wrexham (AVOW) is the County Voluntary Council for Wrexham providing a wide range of support services for voluntary and community organisations throughout the County.
The Play team run a number of services for children and young people including ‘The Land’ which is a ‘junk’ style Playground located in Plas Madoc.
With funding from Children in Need AVOW are looking to recruit an Inclusion Playworker to support children and young people to develop relationships and increase their confidence and social skills. This post will involve 1:1 support work as needed.
Play and Community Matters is an integrated Play and Community Development project and the successful applicant will have the energy and drive to support and facilitate rich play environments, provide participation opportunities for children and young people and also provide 1:1 support for children/young people who may find it difficult to access provision independently.
