Survey on the Impact of COVID-19 and Unwanted Behaviour in the Workplace from Welsh Women's Aid

Welsh Women’s Aid is committed to eradicating all forms of violence and abuse against women. The onset of the COVID-19 pandemic has brought into harsh reality, the inequalities faced by women and girls throughout the world. In this survey, we are interested to find out more about how the pandemic may be impacting the safety of women in the workplace. Specifically, they want to determine what impact the pandemic has had on sexual harassment in the workplace and how this is affecting women in Wales.

They also want to gain insight into the prevalence of sexual harassment in the workplace before the onset of COVID-19 so that we can draw comparisons and fully understand the extent of the impact of isolated working conditions.

The survey is entirely anonymous and will help to determine how Welsh Women’s Aid can most effectively support survivors and work to eradicate sexual harassment from the workplace.
