Planning the Return to the Workplace: A Course for Employers

Date: 21st July 2020
Time: 10 am until 11 am
Location: via Zoom

The return to the workplace will not be sudden or overnight, and many employers are unclear as to when they might be able to re-open their doors and welcome their customers again.

This session offers practical guidance to help managers and leaders plan for a return to the workplace that takes account of mental health, social and physical wellbeing, and includes all of your team fairly and equally.

Returning to Work After COVID-10: A Course for Employees

Date: 23rd July 2020
Time: 2 pm – 3 pm
Location: Zoom

Emerging from our homes to return to the workplace for the first time will inevitably bring a level of anxiety and concern. This session will share some tips and tools for dealing with change and uncertainty, managing and communicating needs effectively, and building personal resilience.

About the Sessions

Each webinar will last approximately 50 minutes, followed by a 10-minute Q and A.

Sessions will be delivered through the medium of English.

The sessions will be delivered by Gareth Siggee from RCS’s Enterprise Support Team. Gareth is an experienced trainer, a member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists and registered health professional.
