What is Lantra Wales?
Commissioned by Welsh Government, the new pilot service is delivered by Lantra, the leading awards body for land-based industries in Wales.
The service will put potential employees, with the relevant skills and experience, in touch with businesses to ensure vacancies are filled in the coming months, addressing any potential labour shortages in the sector caused by the COVID-19 outbreak.
The Skills Matching Service is free to use and is not intended to be like a recruitment consultancy. Helping make sure those who have the skills required are best connected to the most appropriate opportunities.
