FUNDAMENTAL CHANGE NEEDED TO END
‘PERMANENT SENSE OF CRISIS’ IN UK CARE HOMES
John Kennedy, author of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation’s game changing Care Home Inquiry will address a meeting of Care Forum Wales before the:
Care Forum Wales AGM
30th June 2015 @ 10.30am at the
Catrin Finch Centre, Glyndwr University, Wrexham, LL11 2AW
The Inquiry calls for sweeping changes to ‘inject humanity’ back into care homes with personal relationships put at the heart of how they are run and regulated. John has already spoken to the Welsh Government’s Care Home Task Group and his ideas are being taken seriously at the highest levels.
Mario Kreft, Chair of Care Forum Wales, describes his work as “The most common sense approach to fundamental change” that he has seen in a long time and urges members to come along and hear for themselves.
