The National Assembly for Wales invites you to join them at Women’s role in civic society event.

During the week of 13 – 17 November the National Assembly of Wales is bringing some of the Assembly’s core functions and a programme of events and visits to Delyn constituency and Women’s role in civic society forms part of this programme.

Women’s role in civic society will see Cerys Furlong, Chief Executive, Chwarae Teg take to the chair to question National Assembly for Wales’ Deputy Presiding Officer, Ann Jones AM, and Hannah Blythyn AM about their roles as prominent women in public life in Wales. The event will be an opportunity to discuss the barriers they’ve faced during their careers and how they overcame these to reach where they are today.

The event will include a Q&A session and will be followed by a short reception. Refreshments will be available.
