Supporting UK Aid / Felsted Aid
Felsted Aid for Deprived Children was formed by Alan Hilliar and Pauline Craven to help child victims from the Chernobyl disaster.
The charity visits Ukraine three times a year and on March 17th they will be taking supplies. Their prime focus has been supporting the Revival centre which is a centre for children with disabilities but due to the current conflict many displaced children and families in Ukraine will also benefit from the donations.
Felsted Aid are looking for donations of cream eggs, fun size packets of sweets, sanitary goods, shampoo, soap, toilet rolls, toothbrushes,toothpaste, disposable nappies, bandages and packet baby food. The deadline for donations is Wednesday 4th March.
You can drop your donations off at the Salvation Army headquarters in Garden Road, Rhosddu, Wrexham, Monday – Friday 10.00 am – 4.00 pm or St John’s church, Wrexham, Monday – Thursday 8.30 am – 10.30 am.
