Get Involved This Carers Week!
10-16 June 2013
Do you care for a friend or relative because of illness, disability or the effects of age?
If yes, you are a Carer.
Carers Week is a national event which aims to raise awareness of Carers issues, help Carers access the information and support they need and celebrate the amazing contribution carers make each day.
This year the theme for Carers Week is “Prepared To Care?” And we will be asking the question ‘were you’ or ‘are you’ prepared to Care?
Wrexham Carers Service have organised a full week of activities for Carers, including relaxation therapies, social events and information sessions.
