New Chair for North Wales Health Watchdog

The independent health service watchdog for North Wales has appointed Mr. Mark Thonton as the new Chair of the North Wales Community Health Council (NWCHC) at its recent Annual General Meeting. Dr. Garth Higginbotham was elected as Vice-chair.
